Mediation is voluntary. A neutral mediator facilitates the conversation between the parties so that they themselves find a solution to their conflict, one they can also stand behind.

2. 2SessionsThe parties work out the interests behind their positions and look for solutions together.
3. 3AgreementThe solution found is set down in writing.
