No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no third-party content. Images, graphics and fonts are stored on our own web space and are not loaded from other servers.

Server logs when you visit the site

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested, and browser and system information. This serves to deliver the site and to operate it securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in doing so (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The hosting provider is Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. Netlify processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. According to its own statement, Netlify, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). Netlify's privacy statement does not specify a fixed retention period for this data.

If you write to office@project-s.group, we process your details solely to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Links to other sites

This site links to other sites, such as igfm.eu and the list of court experts. These are simple links; merely visiting this site does not transfer any data to these providers. Only when you click a link does the respective provider process your data under its own privacy policy.

No automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions and do not create profiles.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). To exercise them, write to office@project-s.group.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the state of your habitual residence. The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (Bavarian Data Protection Authority), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.
